A mixed bag of fantasy discussion.

PPR, Josh Jacobs or Nick Chubb for the rest of the season?
I'm hesitant to every make these sorts of pronouncements because FF is a week-by-week proposition. In weeks 12 & 15 I would go with Chubb while Jacobs may be featured this weekend and could explode in week 13. Week 16 is a true toss-up, which is crazy to say since Chubb goes up against the broken-down planes during championship weekend. Sorry to not exactly answer your question, but I hope that helps!
Was offered Lamar Jackson & Michael Thomas for Russell Wilson & DJ Chark, do I do it?
Russ has an easier stretch during the playoff weeks, until the championship round, but I think Jackson has a softer schedule to help get into the playoffs and during those weeks as well.
As good as Chark has been at times this year, I think Thomas will retake his role from last season with every passing week. So the chance to add both of those guys would put you in a very strong position!
Jerick McKinnon or JD McKissic this week?
San Fran maybe the second most unpredictable RB-usage spot in the league this year. So if you feel like gambling, you can go with McKinnon. But I think McKissic is the safer option this week against a Detroit team that has given up a lot of points to backs this year.
Which RB do I start, Gio Bernard or Duke Johnson?
Gio has been a decent change-of-pace back for a long time, but against a stout Pittsburgh defense when the other choice will have the largest opportunity against a defense a notch or two lower, that's a pretty easy choice IMO! DJ
Facing a playoff defense if the offense could do anything with consistency, picking any Minnesota players not named Cook may be a stretch. But with the breaking news that Irv Smith Jr. is out and the defense sure to focus on the MV3 of Cook, Jefferson & Thielen, Kyle Rudolph should not only be added in many of the leagues that he is available in (72%) but he may also pay off anyone who starts him.
He isn't the most widely owned player in fantasy football (64%) but with meager production and now a trip to the IR, Devonta Freeman is expendable in 100% of those leagues. If you're in a proverbial Iron Maiden you won't have trouble adding him during the bye week, but even then you'll have to go through at least one more week with him unavailable.
Good job!
2/2
Over the last three weeks Sterling Shepard has turned 26 targets into 20 catches. It would be great if he could have turned all those opportunities into more than he did. But he managed double figures in all three (PPR) with a high of 17.9 against Philly three weeks ago, the same team New York is facing tomorrow.
And you get the roll the dice on a repeat for only $5,000.
But that's all for now.
Until next week, happy Fantasy hunting!
