The two who will be on the field playing for the chance at the final game of the year headline this week, but are not the only professional developments.
Billy Turner is almost assured to get more time on the field on Sunday afternoon than Joe Haeg will for Tampa, barring an injury ahead of him on the depth chart. Few things in life are guaranteed but it represents a 100% chance that another ring will be added to the collection. With a hard Purple lean, bias toward who is the desired winner should come as no surprise, but the fact is a bit of a silver-lining to the situation.
But then there's the newest development.
Adding to the Germanic-flavor that Dexter Werner most recently was apart, Vinnie Shahid just signed to play with the "AB Contern" in Luxembourg's "Total League." It's the countries top league and has ten member teams. The town of Contern was last recorded with a population just north of 1,000 but is minutes away from the nation's namesake city. With Soccer-style relegation in play for the bottom members of the league, it's a good thing that they added a proven a winner!
