Because today's game was rendered meaningless by the loss on Monday, decided to take a pre-playoff look at how the Purple may attack the draft. Same approach as always but with some major modifications from the bye-week version.
Bison
NDSU Basketball started league play today in Denver. The women had a promising start but fell short down the stretch, losing 91 - 82. The men played not long after and went into halftime knotted at 33. The Bison doubled that while holding Denver to a 1/3 less points and win 66 - 55. Shahid finished with 19 and Ward followed close behind with an 18 point afternoon.

Fargo dropped their first games back after the Christmas break 5 - 4 in overtime on Friday and 5 - 2 in regular time on Saturday, both to Lincoln.
