It was another nerve-racking outing but they got the job done against Detroit!
For the second week in a row ⚽️ started the week getting a League Defensive Performer of the Week nod, this time for Abby Wilkinson's effort.
When the week's competition commenced the women's ⛳️ team played to the top of the leaderboard in Brookings.
🏐 started conference play Thursday against St. Thomas with a shutout victory.

Training camp is hours away and in the ramp-up the four-letter network put together their own top 100, with three members of the HOWL checking in as top 25 players. No other team had more than two included in the top portion, not too shabby!
The Bolts regular season has arrive but before they could lace up the skates they had to announce the roster, with players from near & far. They moved quickly from that to their first action, in Pennsylvania, a losing effort against Chicago. They quickly shook-off the loss against Madison, putting eight shots into the net! They will be back on the ice Friday in Green Bay with the home opener slated for two weeks from this past Saturday against Sioux Falls.
In their first game back at Newman the Birds took care of Milwaukee 7 - 2 to give themselves two chances at one win and the Association crown. One night later the shoe was on the other foot, forcing a winner-take-all Thursday.
The home team took it all the way from down 8 - 3 to an overtime win by Leo Piña! It was the sixth championship in franchise history but first since 2010. If they can get back to the winning ways of that era than the Summer's will be even better!
Reminder that scores and recruiting news are updated regularly so check back often!
