North/South have distinguished themselves as a legitimate dynasty. Three trophies earn that distinction

With it came tournament MVP - JR forward Kate McComb and two more even younger players joining her on the All-Tournament

They weren't the only local ones to garner hardware as West Fargo's Maggie Seeley (G) & Pat Johnson (HC) were recognized as well.

South/Shanley's Zach Skarperud was the lone player from the area for the boys while North's Tyler Klien was named Coach of the Year.

10 wins in a row, three this week. If not for the three-peat by North/South the Force would be the lead story again!

It wasn't all smooth ice as Moorhead's boys were defeated prior to the Section Championship for the first time since 2000

That level of success is impossible sustain, no matter how much of a priority the community places on it! For it to reach that number is legendary achievement.

For the second straight year Concordia's women advanced to the conference championship but were no match for Gustavus. Despite losing they have a strong chance of being included in the D3 field, announced Monday afternoon.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As the Cobbers wait for that confirmation, the Northern Cass girls secured a spot in the new Class A state tournament - their first such incursion.

Despite winning Region 1 they were tagged as the sixth seed and will face Devils Lake in the second game Thursday.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The NDSU women won their 15th conference indoor track & field championship!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

And as the cherry on top NDSU took down Grand Forks U in both basketball games Saturday, as they each continue toward their respective peaks, which will hopefully come in Sioux Falls next month.
